It all depends on the runs Eng get. Saffers would back themselves to get a lot in the last session. I think they can take 2 sessions to get these 10 wickets.

They wouldn't want to be chasing more than 150ish, if they want to bat fearlessly.

perhaps they could do what england did against pakistan and elevate for example de kock and amla to open with faf at three and abdv at four, but that then could backfire if you're left with early wickets and van zyl and morkel have to save the game
