*OFFICIAL* England in Pakistan 2024

Chin Music

State Vice-Captain
I suggested earlier that England needed in excess of 400 with wickets in the shed at the end of the day. Surely the next aim should now be to get to parity tomorrow morning still with a few wickets in hand and a chance to have a go.

4th test in a row that Brook has smacked centuries in Pakistan.

Loves the track & the buffet bowling presented to him he does.

Most 150+ scores

Root's average under the circumstances a seemingly rare 300+, which if not for Steve Waugh's knack for red ink would be the highest amongst those with similar weight of runs

How Root has got 150 I will never know. He was out on his feet on 87. Lots of buffet bowling today but this pair have been gifted their last 30/40 each.

England should aim to get 700 midway through session 2 tomorrow and then bowl Pak out day.
Yes bat as long as possible and exhaust the bowlers. If you can't bowl them out again then that's the pitch but England should aim to not bat again if possible
