Caught up with all the highlights now and it's predictably grim stuff. Credit where it's due though, Henry was good with the new ball and that decisive three wicket burst by O'Rourke was mighty fine fast bowling. No disrespect to Santner but the dismissals of Pope and Stokes were poor I thought.

Bethell was a bit worked out I thought. When it comes to the Bethell-Pope-Smith discussion it need noting that in first innings he isn't batting in the style of the team and is obviously, if understandably, in a different mental place.

I hope O'Rourke can lead the Kiwi attack for a long time, but I worry that his build doesn't always lend itself to a long career as a fast bowler. His action really reminds me of a seam bowler from yesteryear but it's been bugging me who it is!
I thought there was a bit of Jason Gillespie about him- release height/speed and angle in to the right hander just gives me that hint of JG.

Im sure there are a few tall quick’s he has shades of though, good young talent he seems.

lol why is Carse giving Rachin **** after getting smoked through mid wicket.
Because Rachin bottled it yesterday in perfect batting conditions before stumps. Or at least that'll be the impression (it might be a team edict). Deserved **** given for mine. And probably why Rachin had been scoring so slow
