I think he should get Flintoff's overs bowled as soon as possible. He is never going to prevent Indians from scoring anyway after 40th over.
I wouldn't object to such a strategy at all myself, but I'd be astonished to see it employed.

In any case, even if Flintoff concedes 6-an-over in 3 overs in the last 10, others might be hammered for 9-an-over in the same time. Flintoff is an exceptional death-bowler. Mind, he's also an exceptional bowler at any stage.

You obviously didnt see him in Sri Lanka. And the way he dealt with Murali in Aus too. He's the best player of spin in the Indian ranks probably barring Tendulkar.
Yea i agree with that and on a side note Yuvi is the worst. i seriously think the tailenders have more of an idea vsing spinners than he does....

He didn't exactly have a good time in the ODIs.

I really do hope Raina's time is now TBH. He was picked far too early but he can clearly play one-day cricket (as well as First-Class cricket, but that's for another time). Ganguly et al were far more deserving of a place in 2005 and 2006, but his time should be about now.
He can have a bad series right? He used to get out to fast bowlers in the ODI series.

They're running very well in this innings, but with Flintoff cramping Sehwag for so long, they need to look at those other bowlers to target, especially Collingwood.

Ok Sehwag out in less than 2 overs _22.3_ u see hes gonna try to hit it out of the park soon. great frustrating bowling from Freddy.

I want him to bowl now because his nagging line can break the momentum, which is so cruicial for a big total. And he has an excellent chance of picking Sehwag.

Sehwag 10 (25) off Fred. Shows how quality bowling can prosper, regardless of the ground.

Collingwood shouldn't bowl again really.

Not entirely sure why he bowled ITFP. You pick Andersons and Broads, the idea is you bowl them for 10 overs.

If he can get after Patel (and the rest) he can afford to give Flintoff the respect his bowling deserves.

Yeah was surprised at Colly used when there are 5 bowlers already

Oh man, Sehwag really carving into Samit Patel.

The Andersons and Broads will just about complete their twenty overs, but we don't know if Samit Patel will last even five.

And it seems he can get after Patel, and how.

Superb stuff.

And lo-and-behold, then he hits one straight to a fielder.

Yea well it seems patel does ease the burden of sehwags troubles. Next Flintoff over is key if he gets wicket. shud be interesting and he has bowled deservingly.
