Now you're bringing armchair psychology into this? Come on man, you're better than this. The umpire is being a human being who lives in India and knows that any kind of actual umpiring of the biggest star in the country will be looked on far from positively. If you don't think that at the very least has subconcious pressure then you need to do a bit of reading on psychology.
I said that already ya mongMorgan tried to go for it atleast. Root was woeful.
Calling Bucknor a racist **** was deplorable in 2008 for his Sydney shocker and this is just as wrong too. They are just ****** ****ing umpires, move on.If you can watch Kohli bollocking the umpire with no censure what so ever, plus multiple howlers all in India's favour then fair enough. Strange how these terrible umpires only make mistakes which benefit India though aye?
Not calling Stokes out he was bowled. That wasn't one of the terrible decisions that favoured India. Talking two clear LBWs not given then Root given on a ball he middled. You'd think that if the umpires were partisan they'd do their thing with more sublety like not calling Stokes out after he was out on a no-ball. Not give decisions that the public are going to barbecue for. Bad umpire under pressure is all there is to it imo.
There should be neutral umpires for all games anyway. **** this.
You didn't say Root was woeful. It's absolutely necessary we say this on a day where we slayed Pandey for doing the same thing.I said that already ya mong
Root is specifically mentioned in that post ya mongYou didn't say Root was woeful. It's absolutely necessary we say this on a day where we slayed Pandey for doing the same thing.
When that happens I will say the same thing. Interesting you have to build a strawman though, also again interesting these terrible umpires don't get them wrong for India. Now you're bringing armchair psychology into this? Come on man, you're better than this.
If it was Nigel Llong, in a home game with roles reversed and Stokes yelling at him, we'd all be in agreement that he just sucks.
He was woeful. Say he was woeful. Otherwise it's unfair on pandey.Root is specifically mentioned in that post ya mong
No, you don't understand. Calling Stokes back was the correct decision but if they are partisan umpires like you say they are, they could have let it slide and not as much fuss as them making bad lbw calls would be made. Not calling Stokes out he was bowled. Given the 3rd umpire checks for no balls on all wickets, no they couldn'tNo, you don't understand. Calling Stokes back was the correct decision but if they are partisan umpires like you say they are, they could have let it slide and not as much fuss as them making bad lbw calls would be made.
He should definitely be coming up the order. He's the best hitter in the team... keeping him down there at 6 doesn't make much sense in a 20 over game. Can't help but feel they are pissing it up the wall batting Buttler at 6 in ODIS and T20s. Nothing but a vanity exercise from Morgan and whoever. Are we really better off having Stokes and Morgan batting above Buttler? They are basically saying that Buttler is there to hack a few at the end and we don't trust him anymore than that. Morgan's a middling international player these days and only getting worse. Buttler should be on the rise but he needs the experience and responsibility of batting higher to truly reach his full potential. Then again Dhoni scored plenty of runs from 6 so maybe I'm wrong
I don't have to do anything, but it's a pertinent comparison. If you're making the case based on the three examples today, you're not convincing anyone. No need to assume the worst. When that happens I will say the same thing. Interesting you have to build a strawman though, also again interesting these terrible umpires don't get them wrong for India.
Only if the umpire in the middle asks the player to stay while they check. The 3rd umpire doesn't do it by himself.Given the 3rd umpire checks for no balls on all wickets, no they couldn't
