Yea I do hope they send Ashwin next if a wicket falls before the 40th over

Jadhav's probably going to smack a stupid 100 here now in front of his home town fans tho

The Dhoni innings is understandable if you watched the NZ series. He was defending and getting nowhere. Dude's regtessing and he's trying everything to save the ship. Back to old glory days' approach.

Didnt really play this way early in his career either

Wonder if the selectors will have the balls to drop him

OK. Then their field placements seem unnecessarily aggressive. Feels like Indian batsmen keep getting easy boundaries at the start of their innings.

I thought that was removed and now it was the last 10 they get an extra fielder?
That's the batting powerplay they removed no?

We had 15 overs of field restrictions right now didn't we? Or were the last 5 overs with a spread field and I just didn't notice?

India's run rate means a partnership and they are in this. Need a wicket as don't really trust the blokes coming in next. Ali hopefully can give us a bit of control

Lol ppl need to relax on Dhoni, his approach was wrong given the situation. But he's still easily better than most ODI bats in india. I think everyons talk of how he should play freely got to him a bit

They took 4 wickets and India are below the RRR. This is a strange comment.

No, they're doing very well obviously. Just thought Jadhav was allowed to get away a bit too easy at the start of his innings.

Having said that, I'm impressed by what I've seen of him so far.

Hmmm, his form has been worrying for ages now though. Since before the world cup, he's been a shadow of himself.

Jadav's boundarys were a misfield, great shot, two filty balls. Disagree field has much to do with it

Jadhav's List A record is also impressive TBF. First time I've watched him.

Didn't know Voldemort is the Indian physio.

His shadow still far better than most. Let's not act as though we have 4-5 players better than Dhoni warming the bench. Apart from Kohli no other player has shown enough consistency to be a sureshot in the ODI team.

Machine. Another 100 coming up. Seeing as it's Kohli, I'm not even afraid of jinxing it.
