Are the field restrictions for the first 10 overs or 15 overs these days?

10 mandatory at the start and the other 5 is the bowling powerplant which the bowling side can choose when to use iirc

His shadow still far better than most. Let's not act as though we have 4-5 players better than Dhoni warming the bench. Apart from Kohli no other player has shown enough consistency to be a sureshot in the ODI team.
