o watto you fantastic gorgeous bastard

Ergh even when the umpires check for no balls when Australian wickets it irks me.

Any reason why England were so good at tests but so poor at ODI's?
They don't seem as mentally "switched on" as they did for the Ashes. There is probably something of a post-Ashes "downer" effect as well going on in the dressing room. This is in contradiction to the Australians who do look into this series 100% and are probably motivated by some payback for the test series.

The Channel 9 commentators are sure enjoying it though...

LOL @ Prior. Hopeless.

What speed gun are they using? Bollinger got over 150 and Hastings is 145kph+...

It makes a huge difference when batsmen converts starts in hundreds and you have an opening bowler with penetration

Plus there's also the little matter of England completely sucking at odis forever

Has Trott timed a ball yet? Smith is bowling genuine filth at times and he and Morgan can't time ****.

Yeah, Brett Lee has bowled really well. I was surprised by the fact that Lee was picked tbh as I thought he was effectively over the hill but his bowling has been something of a revelation. He seems to have really warmed to being the leader of the bowling attack.

I know Doherty is no world beater but he has just been plain awful in Aussie colours, certainly has been bowling much better for the Tigers,
