I grew up in the 90s, and sadly in my mind Belfast will always be like this. Of course I know this is a stereotype - I've never been to Ireland and to visit for a cricket match would have been ideal.

i checked out the eligiblity criteria for international cricket a couple of years ago with designs to play for croatia italy or poland and if they had rules similar to what international rugby league does i would've been able to but unfortunately you've got to live in the place for an extended period
