Is that fake crowd noise, or real?

Okay it's actually fake. The man's injured, the crowd noise needs to be turned down. This is so jarring to watch.

Board resigned without an election. Interim board at loggerheads with most other stakeholders. Sports ministry stepped in to try midwife a new Constitution in line with a revamped sports act, but the committee who wrote it split down the middle on whether a draft that got released to the public was the bonafide draft, so it seems at the moment the whole process has been kicked into the long grass.

Just 229 for UAE to win. Ireland were 10/3 in 5 overs, recovered through Curtis Campher (56) and Simi Singh (54) with some runs for Tector, Tucker and Delaney. Rohan Mustafa and Ahmed Raza applied the squeeze excellently and seamer Zahoor Khan nabbed 3 wickets.

UAE should chase this down, which would give them an impressive 2-0 series win. Home turf advantage but a young and inexperienced side, so it's a huge result.

could a european union side be competent? they could go on odi and fc tours like the lions in rugby and get some experience into their best players.

definitely, and would be great for European associates too. Have heard some voices in the emerging cricket world talk about this idea in the past.
