Patrick this is pathetic. If they don't want you on the team and have caused all this trouble, why not let them cop some of the criticism? This is just making you, and the three others involved (dunno, dunno and Borcich) look like complete poofs.

As has already been said several times, Patrick will be traded to another team as soon as a reasonable deal can be reached. We're certainly not releasing him without compensation, because he's not fulfilled his contract.

If, of course, it became apparent that members of the Blue management had hounded him out of the team, then I think we'd be obliged to discipline the players in question and release Patrick if he so wished, and simply make up the numbers with future draft picks. As it is, nobody has been named, so there's no reason to believe CW Blue bears any responsibility for what has happened. It should be understood that the "senior Blue management" is made up of five individuals, and every one of those individuals has been closely involved in the discussions in this thread. I don't think for a second that any of us said anything even remotely hostile towards Patrick, and if there's been a miscommunication and nobody in Blue managment was involved I think it's Patrick's responsibility to clear it up and allow his former team to deal with the players in question and move on. I'm sure if they are as apologetic as it seems they are, they can apologise in public and will be allowed to continue to play in the dev league.

Regardless, we've got a few trading options in mind and hopefully one of them will pan out and we can put this behind us. If they don't, I'm sure Patrick will find a willing team to pick him up in season 12.

Why wasn't Kearsley allowed to leave on a free then is what I would ask if people say we should let Nath go on a free?

I`ve certainly never asked to be let go without a trade that suits Blue management. I don`t mind playing Grade Cricket until Season 12 if need be, it`s what I`ve chosen through my actions.

People are getting up him because the longer they remain nameless, the longer a shadow of doubt is cast over them. I can speak from experience, having been suspected of wrong-doing in this case. I'd certainly appreciate if he cleared my name, and I'm sure Demeza would too.
I don't often agree with you, Smith, but here I do.

So interesting. Is anyone else really realy really curious to know who the 3 players are? And does anyone else also feel kinda geekish. Nonetheless, sensational stuff.

Contracts, what?

Just a freaking game, lay off Nath. To others, who cares if you're "under suspicion"? Do random people on a forums opinion really matter that much? As to the incident, it'll be forgotten by the end of the season anyway, so why bother?

Davistow will be happy to have you Nath.

As far as im concerned if allegations are made then they should be followed through on...
A Senior Blue member is not really a big pool to pick from and in fairness to all it would be better for names to be released and the culprits dealt with...
If he's uncomfortable about releasing the names, how about an independent group (PA rep and reps of Red and Green the other 2 uninvolved sides) are formed.

He can give anonymous transcripts of each of the 3 people involved.

If the panel of 3 agree that there is nothing to answer, it stops right away - if not, then names are needed for appropriate action from the CWBCC.

That's a very good point - Reds had to sacrifice players to get Kearsley in, so any team wanting Nath should do the same.
