Seeing there was a fair bit of 'snow stopped play' today. County cricket certainly has some unique challenges

Essex in a great position, but what's the forecast looking like for Chelmsford tomorrow?

Edit: cold, overcast and afternoon rain. Should be a chance for Essex there.

Essex batting line up is so powerful they should really go up. If Porter continues to be excellent and Hoddy is Hoddy they have bowlers to rip through teams as well. Ryder a very good Div 2 seamer.

Lyth has got rid of Hain/Trott. Hain slump is concerning, really needs to start kicking on.

Clarke with a sparkling little cameo to give us a very good chance to get the 5th batting point. Maximum point draw against Yorkshire is good going, shame about all the lost play looks like it would have been a really good game.

Do you mean Telegraph Fantasy Cricket? Yeah I play it. Came 38th nationally in week 3 with 1266 points in the week.

You can contact The Telegraph here about any issues you may be having with Fantasy Cricket.

Do love a good televised First Class game, especially one that has Steven Mullaney opening the batting.

I was looking forward to this but my internet has picked a dire niight to randomly cut in and out constantly and so I barely saw a ball. What I did see was profoundly **** bowling, however.

Full bowling points coming. Gone all Yorkshire's way after picking up Mullaney just before lunch.

Broad's batting cameos seem to be coming back into fashion.

And Lancashire show that the collapse avoidance that was in evidence against Notts was not just a one-off - still fear it may be a two-off though
