How many times are they going to show that catch that wasn't given?

I didn't see Friday's game but I'd confidently bet they've shown it more than they showed Hussey's.
Channel 9 are biased; nothing more to it.

Of course not, but if you want him to develop, I'd dare say this wouldn't be the way to go about it...
But Ponting wouldn't be out on the field thinking about how to develop his part-time bowling options into better players - he'd be out there trying to keep NZ to the lowest score possible.

White is picked for his batting - his ability to score quickly from the moment he gets out there and provide impetus to the end of a batting innings. His bowling is ordinary IMO and most likely won't get too much better.

One took the cover off the ball, the other got the thinnest of edges that only just registered on snicko. I wonder why.

Even then, they replayed Hussey's edge a lot after it happened, it was impossible to give it out in those circumstances anyway.

:D I don't care. This is turning into one of his greatest knocks
Yeah for sure. In some of his good innings in the past he's picked on bowlers the calibre of Younis Khan (excellent batsman, but come on). This is as good as I've ever seen him play.

And no sign of either the sweep or the reverse sweep! He's learnt at last.

Actually this was probably his best. 75 ball ton (Check out the bowling lineup it was against)

Bloody Aussies...he plays a great knock gets out to a no-ball then Tubby Taylor hasn't even got the grace to congratulate him on a great innings on his way off. All he can say is. "He was lucky to not be out early...played pretty well though". What a condescending, biased dingo ****!

Why?

He was so clearly out and he batted well after.

Sounds fair to me.

He always does, he's comfortably the worst umpire in the world. Not on just decision making either, he's just incompetent.
That's obviously not including Billy 'Look at me' Bowden. :p

Still, its great he is umpiring, he made this game more interesting than if the Kiwis were out for 100.

Its a shame though, he looked to be a fine umpire in his first test.
