Oh, Stephen, Stephen, Stephen

Unlucky there for Taylor. The captains fault.

NZ giving England a little sniff, but it still is a comfortable chase

NZ looking very comfortable here: you have to think they can pick up the rate any time they want against these guys. Cue Freddy pdq, I should think.

EDIT
Love it when that happens

Augh. Poor Taylor.

At least it wasn't Fleming though. If he stays in for 10 more overs we'll win.

I think you've got a firm grip on the Greigy there mate  Pretty good stat that when Fleming gets more than 20 he averages around 55. Shows how succeptable he is to early LBW's.
55 isn't actually a very good average once reaching 20. Most top order batsman would average more than that. Really, he only averages an additional 35 runs once he gets to 20... which when compared to his actual average of around 32, shows that he isn't really much more "set" when he's on 20 than when he's on 0.

Ive noticed when Taylor runs he actually has his head down i.e not looking.

Pretty hard to react to your partner pulling out of a run when you cant see him

This commentary is driving me mad.

They show that Stephen Fleming's average when he scores more than 20 is 55 point something, and Healy goes "I'd like to compare that to Ricky Ponting's...it'd be better."

We are either getting singles or dot balls whereas England were very good at getting two's when Collingwood was at the crease. Styris and Fleming are both fairly slow between the wickets so I don't think we will be sneaking through for tight runs.

Flintoff giving it 110 percent but he looked to be limping a little there so I daresay his ankle is giving him heaps of pain.

Healy is an IDIOT. Id be surprised if his IQ is in triple figures

This reminds me of the thread we had that criticised Tendulkar because his average when he failed to make double figures was 3.46 or something. Now that would be worth a dig.

Ponting's is 67, incidentally. So is Liam Plunkett's.
