Read an article on the Australian today about the English wanting to replicate the success of the BBL etc etc. I'm sure the usual crap about needing a city-franchise competition that will screw over the poorer counties will be pushed ad nauseum while ignoring the elephant in the room.

To the dip****s at the ECB. If you want to replicate the success of the BBL, make sure the matches are on free to air television. Will make very little difference if only 10% or so of the population can watch.
