I'd like to record my respects for Bradley John Hodge.

So pleased for Chris Simpson 61* from 34 balls and Philipson 85* from 79, superb!

Victoria are in trouble 2/24, Hodge out for a duck.

Very happy we got some vengeance for our thrashing the other day. Interesting that Walter went for some tap but still got the key wicket of Hodge. Good work by Laughlin to pick up 3 as well.

10 years too later for mine for Hodge. He was never going to play regular Test cricket for Australia. Just too ugly and too much of a loser. No market value at all.

Sad day for Aussie cricket, the great Greg Mail have retired from FC cricket. The NSW 2nd XI just wont look the same.

Denton, such a good bowler when fit. Fair play to keep coming back after each injury, and at the age of 34 still blow away a very solid top order.

Really pleased for George Bailey once again. Pretty sure this innings will see him in Australian colours T20 and/or ODI Cricket this summer.

Ripping FRC game between WA and Victoria.

Mitch Marsh has been awesome for WA this season. Very exciting prospect, seems to have a very sensible head on his shoulders. Adapts to the game situation very well, mixing the long compiling innings with the moments of attacking strokeplay. Luke Ronchi is also back in some form, pretty much set up today's win.

I hate to say it,the blues have a ticket on the wooden spoon in this comp ,3 from 4 losses,can't see how they cannot drop warner 4 games 4 failures,+ a failure in the shield game,guy can't buy a run

I really wish NSW went back to 6 batsmen,3 pacemen,1 spinner i wickie,its criminal to play 3/4 bit players in your side like NSW has.
NSW has treated batsmen so far with such uncertain disdain so far.
Henrqiuqes,lambert and damien smith in your top 6 simply won't win you games,and playing 2 pacemen will not bowl out sides,frankly.
Shoot the selectors,nearly as bad as the national 1's,btw why is hussey still there?

Any reason why you continue to refer Daniel Smith as Damien?

What positions would you play Henriques, SSmith and DSmith? Because I would have them at 6,7 and 8 in that order too.
