Cosgrove only 4 kilos over?!!Linda said:Just saw that on the news, I reckon its a good call.
Apparently he turned up after a county season 4 kilos over what he was when he left? Thats not good enough.

Well, it shouldn't happen given the batting lineup now...Lehmann back full time, the poaching of Matthew Elliot from Victoria, Blewett...should be more solid now....but that was supposed to happen with Andy Flower last season as well!Mister Wright said:I don't know about that...
You'll be fine in the bowling department. You've got MacKenzie there. He didn't really get to have a consistent run with Queensland but he is a quality bowler and if SACA are serious about winning anything this year they will play him in their side from day one.SquidAU said:Well, it shouldn't happen given the batting lineup now...Lehmann back full time, the poaching of Matthew Elliot from Victoria, Blewett...should be more solid now....but that was supposed to happen with Andy Flower last season as well!
With Tait out now for 3 months though, the bowling lineup will be depleted. Rofe, Cleary and a Gillespie trying to find his rythym? Cullen better have another good year!
Just hoping not to finish bottom of the Pura Cup ladder.........
Thats a mighty big IF there..........you can never rely on cricket boards to make the RIGHT decision, after all...Mister Wright said:You'll be fine in the bowling department. Yeah, that's right. I guess they aren't serious about winning anything this year. I don't know who's bright idea it was to buy deadwood known as Elliot was.SquidAU said:Thats a mighty big IF there..........you can never rely on cricket boards to make the RIGHT decision, after all...
Look at the national selectors!
They need decent batsmen desperately IMOMister Wright said:Yeah, that's right. I guess they aren't serious about winning anything this year. I don't know who's bright idea it was to buy deadwood known as Elliot was.
I'd say that Elliott is actually worth a fair bit of value as a specialist batting coach, though. And with the youth coming through that SA has, it's not the silliest acquisition. It's better than getting another Darren Dempsey/Jack Smith/Mark Higgs type, who can't get a game where they're playing so they head somewhere else.Mister Wright said:Yeah, that's right. Why anyone would want Elliot coaching them how to bat is beyond me....vic_orthdox said:I'd say that Elliott is actually worth a fair bit of value as a specialist batting coach, though. Begins with "V".
Ends with "N".
First one is "Victorian", but I dont know about the second one...burkey_1988 said:I can't guess either of them
I was thinking that, but Orthdox said his was a nine letter word, and Kyle never actually changed that peice of the "puzzle" so I assume his has nine letters also.Adamc said:Old?
