I know I am almost certainly wrong but those are the ones where I have 1-2% doubt about the veracity of ball tracking..

Sandakan has been fantastic so far. Sri Lanka choking the run rate a bit last 5 overs which will play on young Smyth's mind.

It's a genuine concern. We've seen examples where it's been proven that ball tracking is far from perfect. There was that one posted in a thread not long ago, a ball Hazlewood bowled de villiers with in a recent ODI. They went back and used Hawkeye ball tracking to see how it swung, and the "actual path of the ball" said it was missing the stumps. And this was a ball that clean bowled the batsman.

Go figure

That really is concerning then. That one just looked so out, although perhaps the spin was negated by it hitting his pad quite soon due to a big stride forward.

thats not true is it?

been lethal in south africa and always scored decently in england without ever really pushing on. easily the best opener going.
He’s only ever scored three 100s away, all in one year and one series (2014) against South Africa. That is a poor, poor record for an opener.

I wouldn’t say he’s been anywhere close to impressive in England - 8 matches with only a highest score of 85 as an opener – not even remotely good enough.

I will admit I’m bias – I really am not a fan of Warner and never have been. He lacks that bit of class in cricketing terms plus he’s a massive bogan. I’m mean c’mon – he called his kids Ivy Mae and Indi Rae or something!

Yeah that de Villiers bowled was really damning. Before that, I was firmly in the "it's still better than the naked eye" camp. And I still am, its obviously better than nothing. But it's clearly far worse than most people think.

This is the key partnership. I resisted my temptation of cashing out after Burns got out. One wicket within the next 70 runs should see SL win this.
