so that makes 22 off 2, a move from appalling to merely shocking

oh, and he misses another short range run out...

True but I think part of that was due to him being in bad form in 2008. But he still has time to correct those stats against Australia and England as he still looks at the height of his powers with the bat.

What a shot from Miller. Looks like he has the potential to be a player.
Form a year after Warne and McGrath retired doesn't excuse being absolutely awful against them both over the course of a decade. Lara and Tendulkar both had success against McWarne and Ponting never played them (but had success against the great South African attacks against which Kallis never played).

Like I said, Kallis is a notch below the top rung with the bat. That's nothing to be ashamed of, just as Mark Waugh should be proud of what he accomplished in tests, even if he wasn't as good as Steve Waugh.

hope clarke remembers smith still has to bowl one more. he's made errors with allocations in the past.

46 off the pp. we actually did ok after those two shocking overs at the start.

dougeh's gonna get mullered if he keeps bowling there.

Considering the first two, Cummins and especially Johnson reeled it in nicely.

idk whats up with the cricinfo thing thinking that the batting powerplay is 10 overs long.

Alright, fair enough, you've convinced me.

Smith bowling at the death! And he has to bowl for the rest of the innings, including the last over.

Forgot Warner was playing today. Haven't seen him take an outfield screeeeamer yet.

He's been pretty gash since he touched down in the Republic, should be due.
