They've let things slip a little here. Should've just continued with a more conservative approach and ensure a 450-500+ target.

For some reason there has been quite a few mis-timed shots.
They took kp's advice or it was someone else saying its the best time to counter and pile few quick runs this session as the bowlers and fielders are already tired rather doing it tomorrow when bowlers will be more fresh. You can see SA surely trying to bat more aggressively now and hence these chances from aerial shots.

Gonna need De Kock to get a quick 30/40 here to bring up that 400 target and Id think they'd be content. With Warner around and two days left I'd feel uncomfortable with anything less than 380 tbh. Aus's batting might be a little vulnerable right now but we know if it clicks they are more than capable of chasing 350 plus in home conditions.

Oz been pretty impressive this final session; reckon Siddle's spell around Tea was a bit of a turning point as all the pacemen seem to have lifted their game since then and bowled their best spells of the day. They weren't bowling badly until then but I think they'd been mentally blunted by Elgar/JP.

Three hundred ****ing eighty and you would feel uncomfortable?!?!! Steyn is not there but no way it's happening in this pitch by this australian batting line up

Hmmm, sa are ahead but to say there's no way they'll chase 358 is being far too optimistic. The pitch hasn't exactly shown major signs of getting worse.

Both these teams seem to prefer playing each other away from home. It's kind of bizarre, but refreshing.

Why are we talking about setting a target like there's the slightest possibility of it happening

It'll be as big a target as they can put up. Do you even cricket
