Nah the middle order has been a problem since before, and then during, the WC. Maxwell and Stoinis were both liabilities there, even though I think Maxwell should be persisted with, because he's just such a clean hitter that even a 15-20 ball stay if he's at six can make a big difference. Handscomb is just not an international cricketer, full stop. Carey had a terrific WC but everyone saw he's off-side dominant so they come around the wicket and have dried him up. He needs to develop a better leg side game sharpish, which he should be able to do tbf. Would be tempted to give Moises a run at it for the next little while tbh, but they won't owing to his age. He's been as consistent as I can remember him being, is in good form, hits it long and can bowl 3-4 overs as well.

Exactly my point. The middle order failures from the WC are gone. Give these guys a few games before announcing that they are failures as well.

Course he can. FMD if Short can get away with the filth he bowls, then you can use Moises as a 6th bowling option.

Moises dose deserve a chance due to domestic runs, but I can't really see him being much better than other options. My next cabs off the rank would be Wade and Maxwell, despite previous failings. Maxwell offers a bit other than batting and he looked like he might have turned a corner this BBL

Yeah Moises does deserve a shot, made 310 @44 and took 4 wickets in 4 games in the marsh cup.

Good start from Warner but not a good shot, swear I've seen him get out to that exact scenario atleast 4 times since the start of the summer.
