My whole objection to the attitude of the Aussies re the ball handling affair is that they are trying to create an unwritten law that nobody else adheres to.

Half the countries aren't even trying to win Test matches, so it rules them out.
Heh.

I don't think it's so much the fact they're concerned about the unwritten law or affecting the reverse swing on the ball -- it's their general attitude of "to win we must treat the opposition with utter contempt and we accept no charity from the opposition."
