As an Aussie I absolutlely love watching this.

Seeing us slowly but surely batting the other team out of the match. We do this so well.

Soul destroying for NZ :(
Lol Jono, your overly-dramatic comments are funny at times. I think you'll find most NZ posters are realist's & would find this neither surprising nor 'soul-destroying", but more likely 'predictably disappointing'

A phase as strong as "soul-destroying' to most Kiwi's would be our continuous failure to win the rugby WC since 1987 despite being favourites at the start of every Tournament, not losing to Australia in a cricket test at a time they're 100 times better than us.

Well done Katich. Only a miracle can save Kiwis now :(

How good was the strategy to keep a shortleg for Ponting. In the morning Sky showed how Ponting has been hitting in the air in that region in the first innings. Well noted Sky and the Vet.

Hopefully Kiwis can get Australia all out under 350.

Lol, fair enough.

I have to say this has been a really, really productive partnership over the last six months or so. North in particular seems to only bring his A-game if Clarke has and is at the other end.

And at the same time as New Zealand suffer the consequences for yet another piss-poor first innings effort, Jesse Ryder goes out and blasts a run-a-ball hundred in his FC return. Why couldn't that fat-**** have gotten back into shape a week earlier?
