And now Agar does the same thing. Literally should be 0-12 off two balls this over. That actually looked like a no ball though.

Horrible cricket all round but will take it. And agree that did look dangerously close to a no ball.

Agar in above Marsh again. The whole left hand-right hand combination is such a weird coaches thing to get obsessed about.
Completely agree. I get the match up thing in theory but it smacks in this case of over planning and thinking too much. Agar has hit it horribly all series. Marsh scored runs in the first game then got bumped to follow a match up (which was only Sodhi from memory when they first did it). Poor really

Frustrating how Southee is quite capable of landing yorkers and hard-to-hit slower balls in the middle of so much garbage.

Pretty decent result overall for NZ, if they play it smart should back themselves to chase this.

Definitely looks more the sort of wicket KW/Conway would do well than Seifert/Guptill, though those two really need to make the powerplay count.

I thought Conway was opening, going by the order they read out the team here at the ground? Seifert way down the order

Looked like Conway hit that with the back of his bat, I replayed it a few times, I'm sure it's just an optical illusion though.
