It's not conclusive so give the decision to the batsman and get on with it. If you can't tell after 2+ minutes there's not enough reason to consider overturning it.

The 3rd umpire was determined to find a way to give that out for some reason. Apparently the match won't be a proper Australian vs New Zealand match unless one of our players gets sawn off.:ph34r: :ph34r:

as per the match rules the umpires are required to ensure the team who wins the toss will then go on to win the game
