I think batting is really difficult out there, not really a question of form. Three seamers bowling well and plenty of seam movement even after 20 overs. If these two last until lunch it's an excellent session or NZ.

Of all occasions, this might actually be one where McCullum going hell for leather might not be a bad idea. Doesn't have the defensive game these days to stonewall it, and might just help loosen up the bowling.
