Poor...underperforming. Bit of an oxymoron? Can Aussies get a wicket atleast before tea?
I am getting frustrated to see such a poor team/under-achieved touring India....

love to see that happening if your words come true..It'd be interesting to see if India can put Australia in for about 15 overs tonight... meaning they'd play for about 70 overs themselves and ideally score 300+ setting a target of about 400. That'd require a 4+ RPO chase from Aus but would give India 100 overs to bowl them out.
That's speaking very optimistically, though.
Indeed, which is exactly why it shouldn't and won't happen.at least aussies can have a chance to do some unexpected things with the bat on the last day
Nah you're frustrated because you wanted India to lose like you always do, and you expected it to happen against Australia so you could get off on it as usual, but its just not happening. Can Aussies get a wicket atleast before tea?

Not too sure TBH, he is a bit of a bolter though isn't he? You would of thought that Jaffer or Chopra may of got a gig, maybe even Uthappa (maybe). But I guess it is good to see that India put pressure on Dravid and made him open and bring in a middle-order batsman instead. So Vijay has been playing pretty decently... and he's certainly no slouch in the field. What's the probability he will be the one getting Ganguly's spot? Or maybe Dravid's spot if he retires within the next 1-2 series and Badrinath to replace Ganguly as expected?
That's tough. Gambhir isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I think Badri is probably next in line in the middle order. I would not be surprised if they kept him in the squad though. So Vijay has been playing pretty decently... and he's certainly no slouch in the field. ha ha ha.. good one mate.Nah you're frustrated because you wanted India to lose like you always do, and you expected it to happen against Australia so you could get off on it as usual, but its just not happening.
Damn

I don't think Rohit has proben himself quite yet in FC cricket to come in for Dravid. Same with Raina, though his fielding is awesome and I'd love to see him eventually in the Indian team.I hope, as I said in another thread that Badrinath comes in for Ganguly and for Dravid, it doesn't really bother me, I would assume it would be either Raina or Rohit, or maybe even Kaif, he did make it to one of the Indian Test squads of late. I think it may of been the SL series.
I think its KrejzaSo whats the most number of runs conceeded in an MATCH by a debutant?
They are around, just not being picked
You are right!
Not able to find any bowler in Aussie camp that would trouble Indians at the moment!
they need a lead of 400+ to be reasonably safe here...the aussies would chase whatever the indians set for them and with hussey, ponting, hayden, katich and a decent tail, they can make a fight of it...Very good session by India. Another good one like that and I think India have probably done enough.
They are. They put one guy on ground, but he doesnt do commentary. Are the cricinfo peeps watching this on TV?
