Whatever it takes!!!
Yes, I saw the elbow from Watson. However, it didn't actually hit, so I am not sure what can be done about that.
Aren't you supposed to be punishing the intent rather than whether it did the damage or not?

I mean, Watson stuck his elbow out to get in the way of Gambhir just as much as Gambhir stuck his elbow out to get in the way of Watson... Just because one man managed to avoid it while the other didn't doesn't make it too much different, in this instance, does it????

Gambhir should be thanking his lucky stars Symonds is suspended and Watson was there... Symonds would probably have flattened him like he did that streaker!

That would have been worth it. At least there might have been some action taken towards idiots if that had happened.

Yep. :)

This series has reminded me why I loved the 2005 and 2006/7 Ashes so much. Even though there was lots of banter on the field it was a lot more good-natured than it has been from either side in this series.

The English players probably had their mouths stuffed too full of mints to say anything loud anyway.

Rahul Dravid finally hits the wall

Terrible stuff in it. Australian writers are not only cowards but total jerks also. Sample this:

While his career haul of 10,352 runs at 53.36 is a grand one, the message is clear: it's time to go.

Dravid is one of the game's true gentlemen.

He has seen it all, including being ostracised by Sachin Tendulkar and Ganguly and others after he was appointed captain by Greg Chappell.

Tendulkar and Ganguly wanted Chappell removed, and hurting Dravid was one method they used.

Dravid maintained his dignity.
This is no more funny.

Best part part was how Katich 'accidently' got in Gambhir's way but how Gambhir purposefully hit Watto.

Well, at least the Indian papers aren't the only ones one eyed.

Atleast Indian media dont call for an Australian to retire. Nor they indulge in such ridiculous accusations and characer assassinations.

The Aussie media suck, my thoughts on Conn, Dorries, etc. are well-documented. But the above is ridiculous.
