The hope is that the regulated manner in which something under legal and Government purview can be done would help create a robust framework which would stop cheating and to an extent, the need to cheat even.

I dont think it will have a major impact but given that sports betting sites are still running under a different category, I see no big harm in legalizing and taxing them. At least the Govt will earn a bit of the pie this way and we can hope for some good regulations to come in due to it being legal.

Likely. They both seem extremely limited in their shotmaking options atm. Kohli's tied himself in knots with his siege mindset; Bharat just lunges forward by default.
