Shady Slim

International Coach
I know, the Cumster has been such a good replacement. Endurance has been good too.
bahahahahahahahahahaha oh for ****s sake i screwed up didn't it

see normally when i know someone with an "m" breaking syllables in their name they either get -mdoggs or -mbone

ie i have a mate called hamish who gets hamdoggs or hambone

very glad i went with the former in hindsight

Cummins dismissing Rahul is a good example of why sledging works. It's difficult to understand how he's an opener with an attitude like that though.

Another reason why Rahul should be pissed at himself is that he has the ability to take on the spinners at times like this. Really shouldn't have got out at the time he did.

Been hard work getting runs on this deck apart from the 1st session yesterday. India bowled some pretty loose stuff then.

MIchael Clarke still going on about getting one with your name on it if u don't score nonsense. No wonder he lost so many tests in Asian conditions.

India's run machine continues. What a champ of a batsmen we have, imagine this series without him lol.

It's a weird way to approach batting in most circumstances IMO, because it's like you've decided before you've gone out to bat that you stand no chance at playing a long innings, and thus have absolved yourself of all blame if you fail, even if that failure ultimately is down to you and not the pitch. It's the coward's way out. Sure in some cases it's blatantly obvious that you won't bat out many deliveries because the ball is just doing too much, but it's a mentality thrown about way too frequently by batsmen who simply lack the talent and temperament to adapt.

You'll never hear guys like Smith or Pujara push that idea, for sure.
