***Official*** Australia in India 2017

Really good day. Still irritated at how the first three wickets fell, but that's an excellent platform. Still a lot of work to do though.
Yea literally only one batsmen got out to a good ball. Other three were total gifts handed to India.

India are lucky that they are not staring at something like 340 for 2 at stumps.

Re India, I just wonder whether all the emotional intensity in the previous Test has just led to an emotional letdown this Test. They seemed to be acting like it was a tour match at times in the closing session.

It's Brett Lee, any short delivery even if it's a metre over the batsman's head and goes for five wides is great bowling.

Must come down

Still think there won't be a result. And both teams are playing with an extra batsman and their lower orders are pretty handy too and Im sure its not going to be easy to even get the lower orders out.

Australia were 100/3 & I said they'd be around 320/4 at stumps. Close enough.
Australia will win this. They're massively pissed off.

Iv been asking this for weeks. Someone said he was left out of a game a while ago as his dad had passed away. But i dont expect that is still what is keeping him out. He has top draw the last year or so

Alright, Smith has done it. 2nd greatest Australian bat behind the Don.

WAG. My man love for him is only exceeded by my man love for Harris.

Well if someone hangs around with him long enough tomorrow they'll have a chance to clap his double. Such a determined bloke. You get the sense he's seriously pissed off with suggestions his side was cheating. Just wants to grind them into the dirt.
Tbf that's normally what is suggested when your side is caught cheating

Much like how O'Keefe running through us wasn't that painful, Maxwell doing so well has cushioned the disappointment. WAG.

And Steve Smith, holy ****. 19 hundreds in 4 years is madness.

We really had it coming after Kohli's antics. Happy to cop it. We better still win this though.

Well done Maxi! Made the selectors look like fools. Love it when that happens. Go big tomorrow though. Give Kohli the justice he deserves.

The disappointment of a loss won't sting as much if kohli makes a fool of himself ala Warne in the first test.

Would be some Lucas-esque poetry.

So they should be.

Glad to see my prediction of this being a good test match batting wicket is being borne out  And logging in to see Maxwell is 80-odd not out warms the ****les.

Finally, A Victorian batting who let's us be proud.

This pitch has been made a road because Kohli's average has dropped below 50. Australia need to bat long tomorrow to keep Kohli off this pitch until it changes.

"Will you pick a guy who hasn't score a 100 in 12 months?" - Lehmann
I've made this point a couple of times, but hands down the funniest thing about this was that the current Australian captain was recalled to the team with literally a drought as long if not longer than Maxwell's one.

And when I say funniest, it's worth remember this all stemmed from Maxy saying "well the keeper bats at 7 in Australian cricket so yeah it hurts to be batting behind the keeper for Victoria." AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED
