Is there really that much difference between bowling 8 and 10?
He looked really stiff bowling the eighth. Might have been a case of "He can only bowl six today" and then "Is there really that much difference between bowling six and eight?" after Hussey's little effort. Don't know.

Okay, well there goes that whole theory. Smith should've bowled the overs Hussey bowled and Harris should've bowled those two overs Smith had to bowl in that second spell.

Never been good in LO cricket tbh.
Never was quite this bad either...think he averages under 5 with the bat from his last 15 innings...in the 25 innings before that he averaged just under 22

Alternatively...before teh 2008 season, he averaged 29.71, since then he's averaged 7.2

Broad did show promise with the bat early in his ODi career. His 45* in a partnership with Bopara to win us a game against India was superb, has really gone off the boil in the last few months though. Least it's ended the ludicrous Broad at 7 in Test matches hype, he never looked good enough to bat there for me.

Dunno. Still get the feeling Hilfenhaus and Siddle are ahead of him in the Test pecking order if they can get fit, at least until Harris does something in Tests anyway.
Could see a case for Hilfy, but based on what I've seen Sid only has youth over Harris.
