i would say they have cricket knowledge, it just that they want a wicket every bowl. I don't blame them, when was the last time England won two test in a row against Australia.
Yes point taken but it is quite pathetic.

I call it how I see it, do you disagree that there has been an overdose of crowd catches.
They just don't bother me. It's a bit of excitement, and the crowd are loving it. What's wrong with that?

Yea, he is usually getting his pad across to cover the stumps however.
Precisely. If it hits his pad, he's outside off.

Katich (in the first innings) and Clarke just assumed the ball was going to miss and didnt cover anything. Not exactly smart if you dont know which way its swinging.

I think everyone else is too busy watching the cricket to notice - it's not that much of an issue is it?

This must surely be one of the most important innings of Ponting's Test career to date; he's been exemplary so far. Warne has been Australia's player of the series by a distance, so it would be fitting if he plays a useful knock here. Only three balls for this to be all over though, and England look like taking a wicket every over.

Warne's keeping his impulses in check reasonably well so far ("touchwood"). Even though I really don't fancy our chances to save this one, I'm really glad that we didn't crumble to defeat in the first two sessions. We've given ourselves some kind of chance, and shown some more sensible play.
