Field sure is spread...
I do question the fields for most of the Egland innings.

If the only way your side stands a chance is by dismissing the opposition, why go with 1 slip from one end?

Suggests to me Ricky was saying "we'll be attacking from Shane's end but defending from the other"

282 to win, for me its even steven if Australia get through the day with onl 1 wicket down they are going win this.
I'd be interested to know what you base that assumption on (before the game continued)

There was only one.

So that's still 90% that he's been hard done by.
Bell...Pietersen...one...hmmm... 8-)

Starting to wonder if you can actually see the game or if Warne's stomach is getting in the way

It's a shame Flintoff's injury didn't end up preventing him from bowling, to even it up with Mcgrath's injury.

More luck going in Englands way.
I assume that in 2003 you said the same about England missing several players through injury?

Seeing Flintoff bowling a lot of no balls as usual, has got me wondering...

Did anyone notice whether either of his wickets came off no balls again?
Yawn, even if there's nothing to moan about you'll still try...

does anybody else find this at all ironic?
amazing isnt it, no matter how good a ball the bowlers bowls, both of these 2 manage to come up with some way to blame their own batters for making a mistake.
I totally agree!

But it wouldn't. You see, the Australians had the chance to replace him with another bowler. Meaning they play the ful test with eleven men. England would be playing the rest of the game with ten men, so Australia would have an advantage rather than it being even, like you said.

Good enough to get Ponting, Clarke, Katich, Gilchrist and Warne out in this match so far.

All hail the King of Spain
I have to laugh at the blokes in the crowd holding a Spanish flag with "Gilo is our king" on it.

I'll say it again - with the exception of Flintoff, Eng's bowling has been ordinary, the pitch is fine, and our batting has been pathetic.
Convieniently ignoring Giles in the first innings...

Everyone thinks Bell's was out, and that snicko showed itself to be flawed.

His bat moved on the impact.
