My predictions were based on the assumption that the "getting out shot" would be staying in the box.

Intriguing, intriguing.

Oh come on, fence sitter.

It's obviously more like 95-5 England at least.
Err yeah, okay. Because Australia scoring 200 odd with 7 wickets in hand was really implausible, wasn't it?

And another Aus gives his wicket away.

Couldnt believe that Vaughan would actually give Hoggard a bowl at this stage (Flintoff must be injured), He serves up a half volley and Martyn says "no, that's crap, I'll hit it to mid-wicket rather than for 4 as Ive done thousands of times before."

Absolute rubbish from Martyn for the second time in the match.

Nah. It was too obvious.
Well done Nostradamus.

Two of the three players I expected to do well are already out, down to Katich now. Has to be around at the close of play for Australia to have a reasonable chance I think. Great shot to get off the mark in any case.

I'd drop him too.

Heh. Wasn't T_C the guy who predicted Katich to get a mass of runs this series? England haven't won yet...
And me, and TEC. Not sure about Corey, but a few of us did. ;)

Katich is all class, but there's a lot to do.

Glad to see you're a brilliant selector as well a prophet. Dropping Australia's best batsman in the last 12 months is inspired stuff.
lol u really didn't have to respond to that sean

The most frustrating thing at the moment is that, apart from a few overs from Flintoff and the odd delivery from others, the bowling has been ordinary.

The game's not over yet. Pedro's prediction that Gilchrist might end up being the matchwinner may still end up being true. I certainly hope so.

Generally though, I would have thought that the majority of the time, any team chasing nearly three hundred in the fourth innings of a test match is going to struggle, and at least have the odds against them. I would make allowances for Australia being a champion team, but the way they've batted so far in the series didn't inspire a huge amount of confidence. Still England 70/30 for me.

And I don't know why you all take Shane Warne's trolling so seriously. He cracks the odd funny here and there, there's no reason to get so worked up about it all.
