That`s why I thought Gillespie was so good. I keep saying he`s not good enough because he`s lost that extra something, but he bowled well today without it.

My respect for Warnie continues to grow. He's deliberately not taking wickets so he can maintain the statistical high ground on Murali, while simultaneously refusing to take wickets against the Bangladeshis to prove that they're not worthy of joining his list of victims.

An absolute masterstroke.

Volty takes an early lead in the 'Post of the Week' stakes.

Kudos, my friend, kudos.

/Or was it Kang?

I'll make it a better mental picture for you: He's not actually wearing a skirt - it's a colostomy bag and he's on a commode.

You can call him 'Gladys'.

Unfortunately the same idea (well, similar) was used a few pages earlier:

Warne has a go at Murali for getting heaps of wickets against Bangladesh, and then produces figures of 20 overs, 0-112 against that same team.

I think you'll find he's just trying to avoid the same criticism! It's smart play by the blonde man
Voltman trumped by SoC again, oh dear. :p

You shouldn't be turning me on so late in the night... :naughty:

Adam,

Son of Coco had the ingredients of a good idea - I simply turned it into an baking show-winning chocolate mudcake. ;)

I applied the spit-and-swallo.., I mean spit-and-polish.

That's right, if you'd have been paying close attention to the 'Nathan Bracken' thread you'd know that Voltman is simply branching out into recycling

I know I'm late but...

Great batting by the Bangladeshi's. regardless of condition, batted very well. Gotta love new countries getting better in cricket. The more compeition, the better.

Dizzy was great. Warne and Lee seemed a bit tired...hopefully they can pull something together and Australia can bat well soon.

So much for them not showing improvement. Bangladesh of 2002 would not have scored 355/5 against Australia regardless of the wicket.
