Let's just take a moment to appreciate how far Bangladesh have come over the course of the last year.

From losing that heartbreaking first Test to England, beating them in the 2nd, winning to square the series in SL, and now this one. They've been involved in some fantastic games of cricket as well, along the way.

If Mushy just needs to title 'Captain' to be happy and Tamim/Shakib can actually lead on the field then I have absolutely no problem with it.

Drop Shaiful for Liton Das and relieve Mushy with the gloves too, and we'll be so much stronger.
