What made it funny was that he declared with India 8 down just to spite them. What a man.yeah he said they can't take 20 wickets right? And then after Banglas pushed India hard, he still said "well they didn't take 20 wickets"

I'm not going to let some annoying Bangladesh fans make me dislike their team, though. I'd probably be just as obnoxious if I had had to wait so long to see my team get some success against decent sides. Good luck to them.

Unless I misremember, the reason Bangladeshi fans were pissed was not because of a mauka ad targeting them, but rather that Star Sports did not deem them important enough to have one made for the QF clash.
Basic trolling 101 - Indian apathy riled them up more than being ribbed in an ad would ever have.

Umm I think there was an ad that said "bacche ab bare ho gaye"
That pissed them off. Whether that was during the QF or the Bangladesh tour after I cant remember
Edit: Just remembered - that was during the series after the WC.
During the QF, there was a troll ad made by some other Indian fan (not Star Sports) making fun of Bangladesh, using the mauka mauka song and BD thought it was done by Star Sports although Star Sports later confirmed it wasn't done by them.

Actually the umpiring got a bit better in the last few games.Looking forward to the match. Would be interesting if trend of bad umpiring in the tournament continues and one or two decisions go against Bangladesh.

Abu Hider and Nasir should get in today in place of Sunny and Mithun. Nasir can't be worse with the ball than Sunny and can't be worse with the bat than Mithun. Clearly the management/captain did not have any confidence on Mithun as Mashrafe came out to bat at the crucial time when Shakib fell. These two changes will strengthen the bowling and batting imo.
Rohit Sharma becomes a monster against BD so can not afford any mistake against him. To set India back early, his wicket is key. If he gets going, he will take the game away.
