He has a few scintillating test performances, including a 5 wicket haul on debut in NZ and that Bangalore 2005 spell which should place him comfortably ahead of Tait. At his best he could reverse the ball, plus he is also skiddy.

Their spinners don't concede many. If Pakistan starts in their usual cautious way when chasing then UAE has some chance. If Pakistan are 30/1 after first 6 then UAE have more chance than if Pakistan are 45/2. Although with Sharjeel in place of someone like Ahmed Shahzad, there's probably more chance of the latter than the former.
