yes but more can be bowled until scheduled close if those overs are bowled too soon i think
They'll have to go some for that to happen. I think they bowled 27 overs this morning, so more than 63 in two sessions would be quite an increase.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone bowl more than the minimum overs on the fifth day. Has it happened at all in the last 15-20 years? Would probably need spin from both ends for most of the day.

There were 98 bowled on the last day at Cardiff in 09, which I thought would have been a shout. However 98 would have been the minimum for that day given the lost time earlier in the Test.
