Australia would want to end today 400 odd with not more than 1 or 2 more wickets further gone. Then peel off another 100 tomorrow and it's hard to see tired India batting the rest of the test out.

Gutsy as anything. The 90-odd he scored against the West Indies was just domination, this was really ugly for the first 50 runs and when coming in when he was under a lot of pressure. Head obviously helped but still a very fine knock and the sort of knock that could well give him another wind.
