He looks laboured in the field, hes not the player he was, fast bowlers decline quicker then spin bowlers.

Hey I don't care I dislike him immensely, let him carry on for three years and gyp his average up to 23, so he'll be regarded as average:)
I'll always regard him as average. He's been the most metronomic, robotic, boring-as-baked-potatoes bowler over the last 15 year. Bored me to tears

Lol it was funny reading the catalyst behind Gilchrist's insane knock yeasterday because he misread Ponting's decison that they needed quick runs (Ponting said they didn't but Gilchrist thought he did)

While it is at long odds imagine if England only lose one or two wickets tonight or don't lose any at all. Game on then!

True but he is getting wickets with it so it has to count for something...

Who says that a bowling average of 23 is average? That is what Dennis Lille ended up with. All of the current England bowlers average over 30 except Hoggard who is about 29.9.

No matter what his final record is he will go down in the record books for the biggest ego of all time.

Its ridiculous not to want records broken IMO. Lara has a higher best score than Bradman, and good for him. It would be quite boring if there were some unbeatable records.

I hope I'm alive to see 99.94 being broken (though I highly doubt it).
It's about to happen. Look at the way hussey is going. He should retire after he reaches a 100. BTW nice avatar.
