Even with England getting so close to the Aussie, the fact remains that the Aussies only got 244 and the fact they're not in front by at least 50-100 should disappoint them. The pitch doesn't look that difficult and it's not done anything outrageous. The Aussies might feel a bit frustrated in not finishing off England quicker (considering their start) but that'll subside when they realise they're in with the best chance to win the game right now.

No, Duncan Fletcher said Monty, can't bat or field, the fact is the Pythons had new contact lenses fitted in the last year or so, before they were a bit off apparently, which may have caused misjudgements in the field and with the willow.

I live in Melbourne, so they show the news generally at 6pm here (its 6:36pm) but during the Ashes they've been showing the whole day's play.
