Well done Australia. That spell that McSweeney and Labuschagne survived in the last session on day 1 was vital. Ball did allsorts and the batting was very disciplined and yes they rode their luck but they deserved a bit.

Fun series this, shame I have nothing to watch in pub now though.

Whatever it takes!!!
Yeah its hard not to think that Washy and Jaddu would have scored more runs and contributed more to the side overall instead of Virat and Rohit this test. :(

No one, really. Maybe Easwaran and he has looked just as bad with the bat in Australia.

I honestly think the most Pujara-y players we have in the squad are Jaddu and Washy.
That style of player is long gone. The Likes of Dravid, Kallis, De Villiers and Pujara, patient and consistent 50+ AVE - ATGs, accumulators, thats a style from 20+ years ago. India also had Gambhir who was 45+ AVE at his peak, very patient defensive player. That style is long gone.

People are growing up in IPL and T20s and ODIS. We sadly wont see such styles again.

Don't want Siraj to go civil anytime during the series, he needs to carry that desire to avenge for all the boos and Head celebrating his dismissal in the next 3 tests.

Mentally psyched out either by Oz bowling attack or pink ball night conditions (probably both).

From Rahul's dismissal you could tell they were mentally gone.
