State Vice-Captain
Coward Rohit sending the wicketkeeper in ahead of himself?

Edit: Saw Pant batted above him in the 1st innings

**** that would've gone down 3rd slip's throat.

Crazy that Australia are so far ahead in the game given they've missed an awful lot of opportunities and India took the majority of them.

Whatever it takes!!!
Been out all day but only caught bits of the game. My thoughts on few things -

Our batting is diabolical and this was always on the cards as you cannot count on Bumrah bailing us out everytime.

I actually thought Rana was rather unlucky yesterday as a number of good wicket taking balls beat the bat etc. But he is definitely not a finished article yet and a tour of Australia is not a place for trials.

Sending off batsmen after you got them out is always the most cowardly thing in cricket and Head was more than entitled to say something back. Not a great look if he started it though. All that said, its fine for the crowd to treat Siraj was a pantomime villain and boo him but we all know with Aussie crowds, it doesn't take long to go from that to personal and most likely racial abuses. Hopefully it doesn't get that bad this time.

We are not gonna win tests if we bat without discipline like we have done this test. We made the only good score we did in recent times by batting patiently, diligently and with discipline, letting the bowlers come to them and then picking up the scoring opportunities and then downhill skiing once they were tired. Its what Australia did in this very test and yet here we are.
