What pisses me off about this team the most, is not the team but the preparation. They should always play all the lead up shield games so they might actually have a home advantage. Particularly, the bowlers. When is the last time they bowled in Perth. Pathetic ACB putting money over performance. I'd argue performance is the easiest path to money.

What's even more worrying about this is that Australia will have fielded 7 of 9 sessions by end of day 3 (about 195 overs)

India on the other hand bowled only 27 overs on day 1 and 25 overs on day 2. So Indian bowlers are going to have some very fresh legs when a tired Australia bats again

Not sure it was the bowlers fault, the batsman failed.

Dal is a terrible source of protein. It's a lot less bioavailable and you get a disproportionately high amount of carbs (and hence total calories) to match the protein content of one serving of chicken or beef. The protein quality index is a thing. Sure, you could supplement with protein powders but they're still a lot more expensive in the subcontinent. There's nowhere near enough protein in the Indian diet if you don't eat meat.
No, protein quality index is almost entirely irrelevant to muscle building. The "protein quality index" thing is an extremely flawed concept based on old data where people fed uncooked bean flour to pigs and used that to extrapolate things. It's far more nuanced, and frankly quite irrelevant
