This is the way.I don't think Nadeem is a bad bowler but this has been a really pathetic performance from him.
Hopefully - although i think one can always get a misleading impression of quite how much a pitch is 'playing up' when a team is batting ultra aggressively (ironically the opposite can also sometimes be true!)Pitch playing up enough to think we should be winning this. If India survive we will have bowled badly.
If they declare now there might be a lossHoping England bats for one hour after Tea. Because if England declares now or at Tea, there will be no draw!
38 overs to go. I'd happily see England bat for 20 of them.Is this a longer final session? Smash it until drinks and declare or be bowled out?
That sounds good to me38 overs to go. I'd happily see England bat for 20 of them.
I have not much expectations from Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit although talented finds ways to get out, Kohli is probably out of the purple patch. With exceptions to Pujara and Pant, not much I expect, although I would love to be proven wrong.Do you really think so? The Indians will play spin better than most of the England side, and our spinners aren't in the same league as Ashwin anyway.
Didn't help with them having to get the ball from the stands constantly. They won't get anywhere near 38 overs (or the 35-36 with the switchover) tbh. India only bowled 25 that past sesssion and will slow it down even further. England were bloody 3 overs short yesterday which is terrible given the match situation.
