***Offical*** English Football Season 2004/05

As far as I’m concerned, FIFA should just draw a line under anything that has happened until now. Forget it. And then say that any drugs offence is now 2 years minimum. I know you’d get people saying ‘but he only got 7 months…’ but it seems the only way out of it at the moment.

United were just as out of it 2 years ago as they are now. Don’t rule us out until it is ridiculously impossible. 9 points (or whatever it is) with most of the season left is not impossible.
2 years ago, Arsenal and Chelsea weren't playing as well as they are this season.

How the hell is missing it but having no proof of use as bad as taking drugs?
So why did he miss the test then if he was innocent?

And if he was innocent, what was he doing with his mate Charlie in a Manchester nightclub the night before the test?

Following Ferdinand getting eight months, there was no way they could give anything longer to Mutu.

Had they done so, any footballers who had taken anything would miss tests in the knowledge they'd get a shorter ban than if they tested positive. No option.

Both should have been whacked with two years.
And if the same thing happened to Adrian Mutu and Rio Ferdinand were both nobodies who played for Exeter and tested positive?

I'm sure he wasn't the only one to ever go to a nightclub the night before the test.

If you have prove he was positive, then I (and many others) would like to see it Marc.

Other then that, my thoughts go out to Johnny Warren's family. Warren lost his long battle with cancer yeasterday afternoon. He was 61.

For those that don't know, he was one of the most influncial people in this country in trying to lift the demographics of football in Australia from the grass roots to the A-League (Australia's new domestic competition) which was announcced on Mondeay. RIP.

Speaking of the A-League, Terry Venables is a good chance of taking over at Newcastle United (not in the EPL), Gordon Stratchan (sp) is rumoured as well to take over at Melbourne. And I have heard stories of trying to bring in players like Everton's Duncan Ferguson and Marcel Desailly - good luck!

And why do Portsmouth suck awaay from Fratton Park? Crystal Palace's chances of staying up must be improving each week?

Gary Megson or Sir Bobby Robson to take over at Tottenham in the next feew weeks is my tip.

Arsenal are really playing fantastically at the moment.

And Chelsea are my tip for the title at the moment. Still, I think we have an outside chance.

The only proof of positivity would've been the test he forgot about, then apparently didn't have his phone switched on (when he was using it), whilst he was out shopping on the day he was moving house.

The only outside chance you have is of 4th place.

My logice of a Euro super league is for 3 reasons

1) The Same clubs are Dominating there National leagues
2) They are gettting richer
3) it gets rid of them

The Team that should be in the Euro Super league

Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea, AC Milan, Juventus, Roma, Real Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, PSV, Ajax, Feynoord, Rosenburg, Rangers, Celtic, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Dinamo Kiev, Donesk, Porto, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Monaco, Paris St Germain, and about 8 others

Two leagues of 16 play 30 games plus Midweek Champions league syle cup competition

The Rest will play in an Old Style Euro cup/Uefa Cup with there own Leagues

Clubs However will compete in the National Cup

What do you think

With a stone cold penalty turned down. And another possible penalty shout. The referee was ****.

However, we missed a host of chances too, so we can blame ourselves too.
