04. Steve Smith

05. Clive Lloyd (c)
Scripted some great innings for the Windies in their championship run from 1975-79, including a 102 off 85 deliveries in the 1975 WC Final. Strike rate of 81 in those days and average of 39. A middle order giant.
06. Glenn Maxwell
The Big Show to hit it out of the park during the final overs, and to provide off spin if need be. Strike rate of 124 and average of 32 with 1 hundred and a few gazillion 90s.
07. Corey Anderson
A Maxi and Corey knockout punch would be devastating. Strike rate of 114 and average of 32. Hit 131* off 47 deliveries against the Windies in 2014. Also provides a sixth bowling option after Sir Garry.
08. Gary Gilmour
Legendary performances in the semi-final and final of the 1975 WC. A beautiful swing bowler who will be opening the bowling along with Colin Croft. Bowling average of 10, strike rate of 20, and econ of 3.09. A hard hitting late act as well, with a strike rate of 107 in those days. Has a test average of 23 with a hundred to boot. A perfect number 8.
09. Colin Croft
Lethal bowler who played a big role in the Windies 1979 campaign, taking 3 wickets each in the semis and the final. Devastated England in 1981 with 6/15. Bowling econ 3.47, average of 20 and strike rate of 35.
10. Shaun Tait
One of my favourite ODI bowlers. Bowling average 23, strike rate 27, and econ 5.19. Had an incredible 2007 World Cup campaign, trailing behind only Glenn McGrath in the wickets tally.
11. Imran Tahir
A wonderful ODI bowler. Can spin a web of tricks, with his googly having gotten him many a wicket. Has already had two fansastic World Cup campaigns in 2011 and 2015. 98 wickets in 56 innings with an econ of 4.65, average 23, and strike rate 30.
Depth of batting with two great hard hitters at 6 and 7, and a useful hard hitter at number 8. Depth of bowling with Corey Anderson as sixth bowling option after Sir Garry, and great variety in attack.
