Might yet be a close finish, my Plunket Shield-regular heavy selection now derailed by Chu and Ajaz injuries, and my late selection Jacobs (based on early Ford Trophy runs) unexpected selection for IPL. Still waiting for the normal late season surge of runs from Robbie O'Donnell, looks like his move to ND hasn't helped his outside chance of NZ squad spot.
